Young Designs

Young Designs is a sister-run floral design business rooted in a family tradition of floristry spanning three generations. The founders began their journey at ages 7 and 5, spending summers cutting and arranging flowers on their family farm in Little Compton, Rhode Island. This early passion for flowers and design naturally evolved into designing arrangements for family friends' weddings and local restaurants before establishing Young Designs in 2016. Now operating a retail floral and gift boutique in the heart of Newport on Thames Street, the team creates garden-inspired designs that reflect each client's unique vision. Their approach is deeply influenced by their farm heritage, from sourcing locally grown product to building cherished relationships with clients. The studio is conveniently located within walking distance of several popular wedding venues including Belle Mer and Gurney's.
