BeeHive Mobile Bar provides professional dry-hire mobile bartending for weddings, private parties, corporate events and brand activations. Based in Costa Mesa, we primarily serve Orange County, with select surrounding areas by arrangement. Founded in 2025, BeeHive is led by a bartender with over eight years of experience. Clients purchase the alcohol using our tailored shopping list. Bartender-Only Service starts at $350 with a two-hour minimum and $75 per additional hour. It includes a professional bartender, bar tools, an alcohol shopping list, setup and cleanup; a portable bar and full supplies are not included. Full-service packages: Bronze starts at $750 with one bartender and two signature cocktails, recommended for up to 70 guests. Silver starts at $1,150 with a large bar, two bartenders and three signature cocktails, recommended for up to 120 guests. Gold is custom quoted with a custom-styled bar, two or more bartenders, four signature cocktails, a custom menu and Refreshment Station, recommended for 120+ guests. Guest counts are recommendations; there is no guest minimum. Full-service packages include a portable bar, bartenders, mixers, ice, coolers, garnishes, plastic glassware, napkins, straws, a printed menu, setup and breakdown. They have a three-hour minimum; additional service is $100 per hour per bartender. Add-ons include Refreshment Station from $125 and Slushie Machine from $215.
