For on-premise events, the restaurant's Lincoln Hall features an 18-foot tin ceiling, maple floors, and capacity for up to 120 guests in a renovated 150-year-old building. Located in Sunderland, the venue sits 10 minutes from Amherst and 15 minutes from Northampton. Blue Heron serves as preferred caterer at multiple local venues including the Eric Carle Museum, Garden House at Look Park, The Mount in Lenox, and Quonquont Farm. Their full-service catering includes event setup, service staff, cleanup, event planning assistance, and on-site management. For off-premise events, they coordinate all necessary rentals including tables, chairs, tents, linens, and place settings. They offer special rates for couples hosting multiple wedding-related events.
