The team specializes in a variety of cuisines, including Caribbean and Italian, and customizes menus to match each couple's wedding theme. Based in New Rochelle, NY, Jaime's Personal Chef & Catering Services serves events throughout New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and parts of Pennsylvania. Their diverse menu offerings range from grilled swordfish to New Orleans-style beignets, with multiple serving styles available including plated dinners, buffet stations, and barbecues.
