He became a registered dietitian in 2005 and has held positions ranging from line cook to chef de cuisine at multiple restaurants across Chicago, Boston, and New England, including time under James Beard Award-winning chefs at No. 9 Park and Radius in Boston. His background includes work with dietitian Julie Burns at Sportfuel, Inc., focusing on gluten-free diets, farm-to-table foods, and pasture-raised meats. Based in Seekonk, Massachusetts, Reds Kitchen & Catering serves events of all sizes with full-service wedding catering. The company offers multiple service styles including plated dinners, buffets, and stations, with pricing ranging from $40 per person for stations to $60 per person for plated service.
