JT Art & Design, led by Judy, specializes in live caricature drawing at weddings and wedding-related events throughout southern New England, eastern New York State, and north central New Jersey. Operating professionally since 2003, the studio has seen growing demand for this unique entertainment option, with 29 wedding bookings in 2022 alone. Judy creates flattering caricatures with distinct likenesses, offering guests a personalized keepsake from the celebration. Beyond live drawing at wedding receptions, JT Art & Design serves engagement parties and rehearsal dinners. The studio also offers custom commemorative papers for drawings, caricature sign-in boards featuring the couple, framable couple portraits, custom lawn signs, and group caricatures of wedding parties. These additional items can be purchased separately or bundled as a package with a 10% discount off regular pricing. The base rate is $405 for a 3-hour minimum booking. A travel stipend applies for events located more than 24 miles from the studio's Naugatuck, Connecticut base.
