PAWS Project Foundation

The P.A.W.S. Project Foundation offers a distinctive giving opportunity for animal-loving couples who want their wedding favors to make a meaningful impact. Rather than a standard charitable donation, they provide a personalized donation experience that connects couples directly with a specific dog or cat that will be rescued through their contribution. Each donation saves an animal from a high-kill shelter and supports their journey through foster care in the South, transport to New England, and placement with a forever family. Couples receive the complete story of their animal, including details about their rescue, foster experience, and eventual adoption. Local couples have the option to meet the animal in person during their journey. The foundation creates custom donation cards featuring the rescued animal's photo that can be shared with wedding guests, showing the tangible life saved in their honor. Video compilations documenting the animal's rescue journey may also be available for couples who participate in this program.
