Boston Ring and Gem represents seven generations of the Zargarian family's goldsmithing heritage. The family name Zargarian translates to goldsmith in English, reflecting a profession passed down through generations. Over the centuries, the family evolved from silversmiths and goldsmiths into fine jewelers and gemologists. Four generations ago, the Zargarians were established fine jewelers commissioned by local and regional governments to create one-of-a-kind gifts and commemorative items for the state. Later generations developed stringent manufacturing standards that allowed export to discerning markets worldwide. The family eventually moved their operation to the United States to better serve the largest market for fine jewelry in the world. Based in Boston, Boston Ring and Gem continues this multi-generational tradition of fine jewelry craftsmanship.
