Arreaux Strings

Arreaux Strings provides live chamber music for weddings and special events in the Newton, Massachusetts area. The ensemble offers flexible configurations including string quartet, trio, duo, and solo performances to suit different event sizes and settings. They have experience performing at weddings, private parties, art gallery openings, brunches, dinner events, fundraisers, bat mitzvahs, funerals, and milestone birthday celebrations. Their repertoire spans classical music, pop arrangements, ragtime, opera favorites, and showtunes, with the string quartet offering the most varied selection. Special song requests can be accommodated with advance notice for an additional fee of $25 per song. Arreaux Strings works collaboratively with vocalists and church music directors, and has specific experience performing music for Catholic masses and services for other denominations. The group has earned Best of Weddings honors from The Knot in 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025, and has been inducted into the Best of Weddings Hall of Fame, reflecting consistent recognition in the wedding music industry.
