Bees Deluxe

Bees Deluxe is a Boston-based blues, funk, and rock collective that brings a distinctive acid blues sound to wedding celebrations and private events. The band draws from an extensive repertoire spanning the 1960s through 1980s, covering artists like Billie Holiday, Miles Davis, B.B. King, Herbie Hancock, Jimi Hendrix, Curtis Mayfield, Steely Dan, Amy Winehouse, and many others. Their approach combines classic covers with original compositions, exploring lesser-known songs and instrumentals from blues and jazz history. The ensemble has performed at numerous venues throughout the Boston area and beyond, including the Foundation Room at House of Blues Boston, Johnny D's in Somerville, and the Newport Blues Café. They have hosted weekly blues jams and played at MIT and Northeastern University, as well as corporate bookings, private events, and nonprofit benefits.
