PK and the Mighty Seven

PK and the Mighty Seven is a 9-piece live wedding band featuring world-class female and male vocals and a 3-piece horn section. The ensemble performs vintage soul, Motown, and current hits with a deep-pocket rhythm section. The band emphasizes its identity as a consistent, rehearsed ensemble rather than an agency with rotating musicians, with musical chemistry developed over a decade of performing together. The band provides live music for ceremonies, cocktail hours, and receptions. Their cocktail hour offering features the full ensemble performing specifically voiced arrangements designed to complement conversation while setting an elegant tone. Reception performances include professional sound equipment, stage lighting, and an on-site audio engineer. The band handles timeline coordination with venues and planners. Booking and planning are managed directly by Matt, the band's drummer and booking manager, who works with couples from initial consultation through the wedding day. The band is fully insured and mobile across New England with carbon-offset travel. They are an LGBTQ+ friendly vendor. PK and the Mighty Seven has received WeddingWire Couples' Choice Awards in 2019, 2020, 2022, 2023, and 2025.
