The Pheasant

The Pheasant operates in a historic 250-year-old farmhouse in Dennis, Massachusetts, offering a warm and inviting atmosphere for private dining events. Opened in Summer 2018 by owners Adam and Erica Dunn, the restaurant emerged from Adam's background co-founding a seafood business in Brooklyn and the couple's desire to relocate permanently to Cape Cod after their own 2014 wedding at the Cape Cod Museum of Art. The restaurant specializes in sustainable, locally-sourced dining with casual yet professional service. Their chef creates dynamic, bold flavors using the best local and seasonal ingredients, with all dishes made from scratch. The Pheasant maintains a strict commitment to sustainably fished and farmed products, with all seafood being wild-caught, seasonal, and landed in local New England waters. The venue provides gracious but approachable hospitality alongside outstanding cocktails, wine, and inventive dishes cooked as close to the source as possible.
