Blue Bird Mobile Dessert and Espresso Bar brings artisan desserts and specialty coffee service to wedding celebrations throughout the Hamilton, Massachusetts area. Owner Shauna Hinchen-Joyal holds a degree in pastry arts from Johnson and Wales University and brings over 20 years of professional baking experience to every event. Her work includes custom wedding cakes, specialty event cakes, and signature pastries crafted for each celebration. Shauna operates the business alongside her husband and partner Bob. Both have completed professional barista training at Atomic Coffee Roasters and serve espresso drinks brewed exclusively with Atomic Coffee beans. Their mobile setup features an Italian-made La Marzocco espresso machine, bringing café-quality beverages to wedding venues. The mobile format allows them to provide both dessert and coffee service on-site at wedding receptions and other special events.
