Konditor Meister is a European bakery in Braintree, Massachusetts, specializing in custom wedding cakes and gourmet desserts. Owner and lead pastry chef Günther Mösinger learned his craft as a boy in Germany and refined his skills at the finest hotels and cafes, including the Ritz-Carlton, before establishing his own bakery over 25 years ago. The bakery has grown to employ 75 people and has earned multiple WeddingWire Couples' Choice Awards from 2009 through 2023. The bakery uses only the finest ingredients in their creations, including fresh fruit, and accommodates design requests ranging from simple and elegant to dramatic and elaborate. Konditor Meister offers private tastings and consultations to help couples select their perfect cake. Wedding cake pricing starts at $6 per slice for buttercream frosting, with a minimum order of $525. The bakery is licensed by the state health department and can accommodate gluten-free dietary needs. In addition to wedding cakes, Konditor Meister provides groom's cakes, cupcakes, cookies, pastries, and dessert buffets. They deliver and set up cakes at the venue and offer cake stands, cutters, and toppers. The top tier of the wedding cake is included in the cost.
