Custom Ceremonies by Sara

Custom Ceremonies by Sara is led by Sara Salomons, an ordained minister in the United Church of Christ who graduated with a Master of Divinity from North Park Theological Seminary in Chicago in 2000. Sara has served churches in Illinois and Connecticut and has officiated dozens of weddings throughout her ministry. She has performed ceremonies in diverse settings including farms, beaches, under trees, historic buildings, church sanctuaries, and private homes. Sara approaches each wedding by focusing on the couple's unique love story, committing to sharing their personal narrative during the ceremony. Based in West Hartford, Connecticut, she brings both her theological training and her passion for celebrating the union of two people to every ceremony she officiates. Her background in ministry provides couples with an experienced officiant who understands the significance of the wedding day while creating a personalized experience that reflects each couple's journey together.
