The Snap Boxx

The Snap Boxx is a Boston-based photo booth rental company specializing in weddings, parties, and social events. Rather than a traditional enclosed booth, they provide an open-air photo booth setup that allows groups to gather together for photos. Their system captures three photos with a three-second interval between each shot, enabling guests to create multiple poses for custom print strips or animated GIF files. The touchscreen interface guides guests through the photo-taking process with a countdown timer. Each rental includes an attendant who delivers the open-air booth and backdrop to the event, arriving one hour before start time to complete setup. After taking photos, guests can immediately print custom photo strips from the built-in printer. The system also enables instant social sharing via Facebook, Twitter, email, Instagram, or text message. Couples can choose from available backdrops and select or customize their own print template using the company's Photoshop template. Following the event, all photos are viewable and downloadable online through a custom event page that can be shared with friends and family.
