Kataram Studios

Kataram Studios is a wedding photography and videography company based in Watertown, Massachusetts, founded by husband-and-wife team Aram and Kateryna. Both are graduates of the New England School of Photography, where Kateryna studied advertising and architectural photography after moving from Ukraine at age 20, while Aram focused on portraiture and documentary photography. The duo uses a traditional photojournalistic photography style to capture authentic moments as they unfold, blending their passion for storytelling with unobtrusive techniques that preserve the natural flow of the wedding day. The team expanded into videography in early 2021 and began offering video services separately in 2022. Their approach centers on treating each wedding as if it were their own, ensuring nothing is left uncaptured. Kataram Studios has been recognized with WeddingWire Couples' Choice Awards annually from 2017 through 2024 and received The Knot Best of Weddings in 2024. They offer comprehensive services including second shooter coverage, engagement sessions, boudoir shoots, save-the-date and thank-you cards, trash-the-dress shoots, digital files, albums, prints, and high-resolution images across multiple locations.
