Yuri Kriventsoff

Yuri Kriventsoff is a Boston-based wedding photographer who brings a journalistic approach to capturing wedding celebrations. Originally from Moldova in Eastern Europe, Yuri developed a natural eye for photography from a young age, observing landscapes and envisioning ways to capture their unique beauty. Eight years ago, Yuri entered the wedding photography industry as an assistant, training under a well-known photographer and cinematographer mentor. This mentorship helped transform an innate visual sensibility into a refined journalistic photography style. Over the past five years, Yuri has focused on wedding photography in the Boston area, documenting more than 100 weddings. The portfolio includes ceremonies and celebrations at diverse venues including churches, parks, and private backyards. This range of experience across different settings demonstrates versatility in adapting to various wedding environments and capturing authentic moments as they unfold.
