The Barn at Bradstreet Farm is located on the second-oldest continually operating farm in America in Rowley, Massachusetts. The venue features a restored 18th-century barn that was meticulously renovated by a master carpenter specializing in historic restorations. The private estate spans seven acres surrounded by conservation lands, offering both rustic charm and modern amenities including heating and air conditioning. The venue hosts exclusively one wedding or event per day from mid-May through mid-November. Michelle and Michael live on-site and provide event management support throughout the planning process and on the wedding day. The property offers multiple ceremony and reception options across indoor and outdoor spaces. As an authentic farm-to-table venue, much of the food served at events is grown directly on the farm, with additional ingredients sourced from local farms. Vinwood Caterers serves as the exclusive catering partner, offering custom menus starting at $88 per person without standard food-and-beverage minimums. The venue is conveniently located near Boston, Newburyport, and Ipswich on the North Shore.
