Brotherhood Winery

Brotherhood Winery is America's oldest winery, with roots dating back to 1810 when French Huguenot emigre Jean Jaques purchased the land and began planting grapes. By 1839, he had dug the first underground cellars and fermented his first vintage wine. Those same cellars remain in use today, preserving over two centuries of winemaking heritage. The venue's centerpiece is Grand Monarque Hall, an early 19th century stone building featuring towering ceilings, handcrafted wooden floors, exposed wooden beams, and ten-foot round antique wrought iron chandeliers. The nearly 5,000 square foot space offers a clean, open floor plan that provides flexibility for creating events of varying sizes. An English cobblestone patio frames a stone fountain and extends the event space outdoors, offering both indoor and outdoor capabilities. The professional staff works alongside couples throughout the planning process to bring their wedding vision to life. Brotherhood Winery accommodates both intimate gatherings and grand celebrations, with the historic setting and beautiful vineyards providing a distinctive backdrop. The venue is also available for engagement parties, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, and elopements.
