Commander's Mansion

Commander's Mansion is a historic estate built in 1865, located in Watertown just 9 miles from downtown Boston. The property sits on seven lush landscaped acres, offering a country-in-the-city setting for weddings and special events. The grounds feature a beautiful Grape Arbor that serves as a ceremony backdrop. The venue hosts events year-round inside the historic mansion itself. From May through October, outdoor celebrations can take place under a 40-foot by 80-foot tent erected over brick pavers, with a separate dedicated catering tent included in the rental. The combination of indoor and seasonal outdoor spaces allows couples to plan celebrations throughout the year while taking advantage of the estate's historic architecture and natural surroundings.
