Garner Historic District

Garner Historic District is a 14-acre former textile mill complex in Garnerville, NY, located 37 miles from New York City on the banks of Minisceongo Creek. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the property features two distinct indoor venues and multiple outdoor spaces within an artist and artisan community. The Dye Works offers 8,000 square feet with 30-foot cathedral ceilings, exposed brick walls, original wood floors and beams, and large windows overlooking the creek. The space accommodates up to 250 guests and provides a blank canvas for event design. The Calico, a 6,800-square-foot space with 18-foot ceilings and whitewashed brick, accommodates up to 150 guests and comes furnished with live edge tables, vintage chairs, industrial lighting, a vintage bar, two lounges, and a projection wall. Both venues include access to outdoor spaces such as Dye Works Square, Brick Alley, and the Creek-Side Sculpture Trail for ceremonies, cocktail hours, and photos. The property does not have exclusive vendor contracts, allowing couples to choose their own rental companies, planners, and caterers. Hudson's Mill restaurant and Round Table brewery are located on-site and available for coordination.
