Pagu is a Spanish-Japanese tapas restaurant in Cambridge, MA, recognized with a 2025 Michelin Guide Bib Gourmand and a James Beard Foundation nomination. Chef/owner Tracy Chang draws on her experience at O Ya, Le Cordon Bleu Paris, three-star Michelin Restaurante Martin Berasategui, Guchi's Midnight Ramen, and Harvard's Science + Cooking Program to create a menu that highlights local ingredients while celebrating the harmony of Japanese and Spanish culinary techniques. The venue's award-winning team collaborates with couples to plan every detail of rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, and ceremonies. Chef Tracy Chang works hands-on with each client to custom design menus and experiences from start to finish. The team assists with menu planning, cocktail selection, space design, and hotel accommodations to ensure a seamless event.
