The venue features a rooftop garden for outdoor ceremonies, surrounded by shrubbery with skyline views. Two newly renovated ballrooms provide indoor reception space. The Regency Ballroom accommodates up to 300 guests, while the smaller Terrace Ballroom holds up to 240 guests. Both ballrooms feature crystal chandeliers, uplighting, and neutral-colored walls designed to create a sophisticated atmosphere. As a hotel venue, the Poughkeepsie Grand Hotel offers the convenience of on-site accommodations for guests. The property can host multiple wedding weekend events, including rehearsal dinners, bridal suite preparation space, and post-wedding day brunches. In-house catering is available with multiple service styles including buffet, plated, hors d'oeuvres, and stations. The venue also offers trained wedding planners for an additional fee to assist with event coordination.
