Royale is a historic 33,000 square foot venue in downtown Boston, originally built in 1918 as an opera house. The venue has been carefully updated to blend vintage architectural details with modern technology, including state-of-the-art sound and lighting systems and one of the largest LED walls in New England. The space features modular furniture that can be rearranged or removed entirely to accommodate events ranging from intimate gatherings to large-scale celebrations. The venue's versatility allows it to transform from a nightclub setting to a full concert hall or corporate function room. With the ability to host between 50 and 2,000 guests across two levels that can be combined, Royale offers flexible layout options to suit different event styles. The experienced team includes a production manager who works with couples to ensure smooth execution of their celebrations. The venue provides event rentals, bar services, catering, and two green rooms available for use as dressing rooms.
