The Pavilions at Penfield Beach offers two distinct beachfront venues along the shores of Long Island Sound in Fairfield, Connecticut. The larger Penfield Pavilion features cathedral ceilings, modern design, and panoramic waterfront views, accommodating up to 180 guests for seated receptions or 300 for cocktail-style events. A covered deck provides space for ceremonies or cocktail hours overlooking the water. For smaller celebrations, the Jacky Durrell Pavilion offers a rustic aesthetic with whitewashed wood interior and vaulted sweetheart ceilings. This venue accommodates up to 125 guests and includes a wraparound deck for outdoor mingling with beachfront views. Both venues operate on set rental increments that include setup time, a four-hour event window, and an hour for breakdown and cleanup. Additional time may be reserved based on availability. Rentals include access to the pavilion and deck areas, tables and chairs, and an on-site attendant for setup and breakdown assistance. The venue provides a curated vendor list, though couples may choose their own providers.
