UTEC offers a distinctive venue experience in Lowell, housed in the oldest LEED Platinum Certified building in the country following an ambitious 2012 renovation. The Main Hall accommodates up to 300 guests, while smaller spaces host 20-80 guests, providing flexibility for various event sizes. The venue supports both ceremonies and receptions, along with rehearsal dinners, showers, and photo shoots. Wedding packages are available with optional in-house catering, and outside vendors are welcome. The facility features green building elements including rooftop solar panels and a kitchen that prioritizes local ingredients. Facility rentals directly support UTEC's mission and programming, creating opportunities for program participants to gain experience in event planning and staffing roles.
