Wood Acres Farm

Wood Acres Farm is a wedding venue located in Terryville, Connecticut, set on 25 peaceful acres at the foot of the Litchfield Hills. The property features wooded trails, ponds, sprawling lawns, and manicured gardens connected by bricked walkways. Couples can choose an outdoor ceremony in the romantic garden courtyard or utilize the indoor ceremony space as an alternative. The main Barn features wide-plank timber floors, plentiful windows, two sets of French doors, and a climate-controlled interior that accommodates up to 140 guests with no minimum requirement. The space includes The Perch, a private plateau for the newlywed's table, and a loft lounge offering elevated views. A wrap-around porch and outdoor bar provide space for cocktail hour, while the generous dance floor accommodates receptions. The Cottage serves as a private bridal suite with skylight windows, full-length mirrors, hair and makeup stations, and a powder room, with direct access to the main barn. The Lodge offers a separate preparation space for grooms and their parties, featuring knotty wood interiors and a private washroom. A dedicated event coordinator is on-site for every wedding to assist couples, their parties, guests, and vendors throughout the day.
