Occasional Music

Occasional Music is a flute and violin duo founded by Allison Lacasse and Donald that provides live music for weddings and special events throughout the Greater Boston Area. Allison has been performing for weddings for ten years and works with colleagues who share a dedication to music, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail. The ensemble can arrange for any combination of musicians and instrumentation based on client needs, performing as a solo, duo, trio, or quartet. Allison and her team take a personalized approach to each event, working diligently to accommodate specific song requests and create custom set-lists. They provide music for ceremony processionals and recessionals, cocktail hours, and other wedding events. The group has experience performing in various settings, including outdoor venues where they have successfully adapted to challenging conditions like strong winds. Based in the Greater Boston Area, Occasional Music serves clients throughout Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and New Hampshire.
