Email Preferences
Control what emails you receive from Event Atlas.
Types of Emails
We send a few different types of emails:
Account Emails
These are essential emails about your account: password resets, security alerts, and claim status updates. These cannot be disabled.
Notification Emails
Updates about activity relevant to you:
- New reviews on vendors you've saved
- Responses to reviews you've written
- Vendor profile updates for your favorites
Planning Tips
Occasional emails with wedding planning advice and local vendor spotlights. These are sent infrequently and always optional.
Managing Your Preferences
- Go to Dashboard > Account > Settings
- Scroll to Email Preferences
- Toggle each email type on or off
- Click Save
You can also click Unsubscribe at the bottom of any non-essential email to opt out immediately.
Not Receiving Emails?
If you're not getting emails you expect:
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Make sure your email address is correct in your account settings
- Add [email protected] to your contacts
- Contact us if the issue persists
