Managing Your Account
How to update your profile, change your password, and manage account settings.
Accessing Your Account Settings
- Log in to Event Atlas
- Click your profile icon in the top right corner
- Select Settings from the dropdown
Updating Your Profile
From your settings page, you can update:
- Name: How you appear on reviews and in your dashboard
- Email: Your primary contact and login email
- Password: Change your password at any time
Changing Your Password
- Go to Dashboard > Account > Settings
- Click Change Password
- Enter your current password and your new password
- Click Save
If you've forgotten your password, click Forgot Password on the login page. We'll send a reset link to your email.
Deleting Your Account
If you'd like to delete your account:
- Go to Dashboard > Account > Settings
- Scroll to the bottom and click Delete Account
- Confirm your decision
Deleting your account removes your profile, reviews, and saved vendors. This action cannot be undone.
