How to claim and manage your vendor profile on Event Atlas.
What is Claiming?
Every vendor on Event Atlas has a listing based on publicly available information. Claiming lets you verify that you own or manage the business, giving you control over your profile.
What You Get When You Claim
- Edit your profile: Update photos, descriptions, pricing, and contact info
- Respond to reviews: Address feedback publicly and professionally
- View analytics: See how many people view and interact with your listing
- Get featured: Claimed listings rank higher in search results
How to Claim Your Listing
- Find your business on Event Atlas using the search bar or by browsing your category
- On your vendor profile page, click Claim This Listing
- Create a vendor account (or log in if you already have one)
- Submit your claim with your role at the business
Verification Process
Our team reviews claims to make sure the right people are managing each listing. This typically takes 1-3 business days. You'll receive an email when your claim is approved.
Already Claimed?
If your listing shows as already claimed and you believe it was claimed in error, contact us and we'll help sort it out.
