Why Leave a Review?
Your experience helps other couples make confident decisions. Honest, detailed reviews are the backbone of our community.
How to Leave a Review
- Navigate to the vendor's profile page
- Click Write a Review
- Choose a star rating (1-5)
- Write about your experience. The more detail, the better.
- Submit your review
What Makes a Great Review?
- Be specific. Instead of "they were great," explain what made them great.
- Mention the event type and date. This helps others in similar situations.
- Talk about communication. Were they responsive? Easy to work with?
- Be fair. If something went wrong, explain what happened and how it was handled.
Review Moderation
All reviews go through a brief moderation process before appearing publicly. We check for:
- Genuine experiences (not spam or fake reviews)
- Appropriate language
- No personal information of third parties
Most reviews are approved within 24-48 hours. If your review is rejected, you'll receive an email explaining why with the option to revise and resubmit.
Can Vendors Respond?
Yes! Vendors who have claimed their listing can respond to reviews publicly. This keeps the conversation transparent and helps resolve any concerns.
